This book has some good ideas for meals, and for $2.99 it is an ok book. There are barely a handful of recipes, and some of the. Are a bit boring. My main issue with this book is the format. The book sells as a kindle version, which means I should be able to read it on the kindle app. The words tend to overlap the words, however, so some ingredients are covered up, making the recipe unusable. All the total calories are also written over photos, making the calorie count either difficult to find or difficult to read once you find it.Product details

I just read this book and I found the pictures of the food to be enticing and the food itself delicious. The cover of the book caught me right away and grabbed my interest in learning more about the HCG diet. I have heard of it but I was curious about the difference from HCG diets and other diets available. It was great to learn how simple of a diet it was and these recipes are very tasty making it feel like I’m not even on a diet.
I really needed help with the recipes...while this was hellpful it was not my go to book for food. didn't help me wiht numbers...
The book does seem to have a few good looking recipes. However, the layout is terrible. The words are hard to read. In many places it will be written over a picture with a similar color back ground. There is also quite a few errors in spelling or typos.

great book! interesting recipes. I loved the simplicity of the way the steps are showed.
anyone on this diet should have a copy. some of the recipes are a bit banal but some I never saw anywhere else. and I did search around to get my diet more "flavourable" so to speak. I wonder if it has some more in it's series.
These recipes are quick, easy and not a lot of ingredients. The best part is that they are low cal and how won't have to buy a bunch of stuff you don't ordinarily eat. No high priced cuts of meat or fish. Very doable for the ordinary person. Great job!
Great book. A necessity for anyone who does or plans to do the HCG diet and want to celebrate the meals. Precise guidance to both the diet and for preparing wonderful gourmet meals. This book is a must!
